Other options:
- Colegio Arzobispo de Fonseca. Calle Fonseca, nº 4, Salamanca. Phone 923 294 570. The University of Salamanca has a hotel at the disposal of the guests of its activities, which we dare to highly recommend. The famous Colegio del Arzobispo Fonseca, also known as Colegio de Santiago Zebedeo or Colegio de los Irlandeses, is a 16th century building, named of cultural interest in 1931 as one of the jewels of the Spanish Renaissance. The architecture of its façade, its chapel with an altarpiece by Alonso Berruguete and its courtyard, designed by Diego de Siloe, stand out. This college has housed prime ministers and other important figures.
